Hi Fabian,

the overhead is that everything will be under version control in this
repository, wasting space with large binary files that are probably not yet
sufficiently prepared for release. I now updated the NOTICE and/or LICENSE
files in all locations that bundled 3rd party software, i.e.
- the META-INF directories of all jar modules that include source code from
other parties
- the META-INF directory of the war distribution
- the distribution root directories of all binary distributions that we
package

I will create the release distribution now and upload the artifacts to my
people.apache.org account. I'll let you know in some minutes.
