I cant't get maven Rc4 it to work with NTLM , on my Win2000 machine.
Tried1: jdk1.4.1_05 + ant 1.5.1
Tried2: jdk1.4.2 + ant 1.6.2beta1
Maven simply says:
java.io.IOException: Not authorized by proxy.
I'will try leave some more error info.

I've checked its nothing trivial like a password/ip error... Since same same
passwords/ip settings works with a proxy server called "apserver"

Some users reside inside a proxy firewall where NTLM authentication is used. Current
implementation of maven does not support this authentication mechanisms.
