One thing that we could also do is to have a meeting together one time per
year.
I know that some dev teams are doing it (groovy for example) just before or
after an event like JavaOne.
They work together during 2 or 3 days to analyze their project and to
prepare the future.
They share their experiences to improve the project.
But we have to find founds and time to do it.
I think that many things are said / decided on irc and like you say we don't
have the reflex to document it somewhere, thus the major part of us (which
aren't able to follow the irc all the day) don't know...
