Yep, let's just release 1.2 and nuke 1.1-SNAPSHOT.
I'll just look into releasing the the integration-testing-support
later, as it seems like you're plowing through some stuff :)

Not sure we are talking about the same: I wasn't concerned about the
sources of maven-verifier, only which version the artifact (from
trunk) has. We have maven-verifier:1.0 released, so the next
development version would usually have been 1.1-SNAPSHOT but we are
currently at 1.2-SNAPSHOT.
If the changes are that big that people would like to jump to 1.2
that's fine. My basic motivation was to make sure we have only *one*
SNAPSHOT of maven-verifier around, not two [0], just as Brett
suggested to reduce confusion.
For instance, we have the maven-verifier in
core-integration-tests/pom.xml
at 1.2-SNAPSHOT and in
maven-integration-test-helper/pom.xml
at 1.1-SNAPSHOT.
I would like to kick one of these versions from the repo.
