I'm enumerated the many verifiers and many invokers we have. The ITs
for example could easily use the invoker in shared.

We have something called Maven Verifier Plugin. To me, that sounds
like
a plugin wrapper around the shared Maven Verifier component, but that
doesn't seem to be the case.
