True. I'm am trying to set up a self-contained build environment but we have Maven supported repositories on-site so I'm going to assume that we can store any plugins there, the idea being that we configure things such that only the local repositories will be queried. I'd hate to duplicate the packaging infrastructure that's already present and working.
