You will need a very fast ARM such as cortex A8. Otherwise it will just ran
as slow as a little baby.

The other choice is TI's DaVinci Platform. You can just port GL function to
use DSP side. Arm side will be totally left for the application. I've tried
some function. Very good. But, still tons of functions to be ported.
