Hello,

ok - until Jan-Kees' real world app is ready, we are having this one:

http://simple.apache-myfaces.cloudbees.net/
I deployed the WAR file as "simple" - Jan-Kees' application could live
next to it.

It's also possible to use a managed/hosted MySQL database
(DB-as-a-Service), at CloudBees.
(mine uses Derby in-memory)
