Check the copyright of the glossaries in question. If they are attributed to MS, then you have the answer: they will not let you do or if they did, you would have a lawsuit pending against you. FWIW, many people here actually came up with their own glossary. Some did it because they considered the existing MS ones as too mediocre, others did it just because the glossary had been written by and for MS.
