By the way I'd like to suppose another optimization for inter wiki
navigation:
What would you think of a short English phrase at the top of each NL
main page linking to the NLC wiki page

Could this be useful as general "rule"
(like using the OOo homepage name - capitalized because of the wiki
page name conventions)?
