All I'm suggesting at this point is a bit of scripting to turn out a HTML table for each language. I can't do it myself anymore, or I would.
Other improvements to the Bouncer network (e.g. choosing the mirror via IP), and the update feature for non-Sun builds, are separate threads here or in other lists. Sophie's link to the wiki page on Bouncer improvements helps give an overview to some of the issues.
