Hi Antonio,
in my opinion the new Plugin Portal 3.0 [1] is ready for usage and
if anyone would like to access the old plugins s/he can use the snapshot
[2] hosted on Emilian's private VM.

It seems the plugin portal will stop working. Don't know if the new
plugin portal is a substitute.
