Yes, the HTML Editor one should be removed, it's definitely beyond repair. The other one you pointed to should be fine -- indeed, any edits you do will be much appreciated and I will be very happy to process the PRs you do, just drop a line here when you've done some, i.e., ping me if I haven't noticed them in a day or so of your providing them.
