I mean, I only did this last week, but I forgot already! :-) 17-rc2 now tagged. As it's not a full release I didn't bother with fiddling the tag date*. I emptied the 17-rc1 notes so we don't have lots of text. Not sure if we want to keep the notes for every rc?
