Why couldn’t it be handled as the Options window e.g.? If there is only one running Task, there is no tab, but if you have mulitple running Tasks, you have tabs, which you can close. So If we want to have multiple tabs in one undocked window, this could make sense in my opinion.

Having multiple tabs in windows makes sense for certain things, even on one screen, but definitely on multiple. Undocking things also makes sense for other things.
