Sorry, I'm abstaining from voting on this until someone can articulate a consensus viewpoint on what the difference between 11.1 and 12.0 would be. If the intention is that the difference between 11.0 and 11.1 could be as big as the difference between 8.0 and 8.1, with a whole separate release branch / process / update centre, then that definitely needs communicating. If 11.1 is a patch release (and absolutely no new features!) on top of the 11.0 release branch then that tells a quite different picture to end users and platform developers on what to expect in upgrading. That was how we ended up with NB10 in the first place. The answer to this would probably change how I would vote.
