I was able to start a localized (german) version of NetBeans 10 with the current binaries available at netbeans.apache.org and the localisation extension build from the (slightly adapted) 3rd donation files and a current clone from the GitHub repo. It works.
Please tell me, or give me a link on how to proceed further to integrate the bundles into the repo. The license headers of some 120000 files need to be replaced. I remember hearing about an automatation mechanism to do that. Is there any documentation available? Boris Am Do., 14.
