I am little confused for case of Update,

Do you mean in the permission Check service, we'll check
if ACTION == "UPDATE" then
check if user is in Role "CAL_OWNER" or "CAL_DELEGATE"
This tells me we'll have to do little bit of hard coding in
workEffortRoleGenericPermission
