This patch is for : framework/widget/src/org/ofbiz/widget/form/ModelForm.java
This adds the necessary attributes, initialization code (in initForm) setters
and getters for the added attributes in the XSD.
There is no real "new code" here, all additions were adapted from the existing
code.
