+ 1  Documentation must be available via our web pages. While developers
may benefit from having it local, we must help deciders and influencers
(accountants, business consultants, etc.) in an easy way to evaluate the
product.

It should not be that difficult to generate release specific documentation
as part of the release process and hook it into the website.
