Yes, I have understood your problem but I have follow this way to merge all the
labels between ecommerce and order :
if the translated labels was already available in EcommerceUiLabels.xml then I
have take the translation form there otherwise from the OrderUiLabels.xml.
So for French probably the correct translation was on it and we have lost it
but I cannot know it.
