The patch is uploaded with some minor changes which are as :
1) Moved the property "WorkEffortWorkEffortAgreementAlreadyExist" from
WorkEffortUiLabels.xml to AccountingUiLabels.xml and renamed it as required and
done the needful changes. And made the chages for
"ListAgreementWorkEffortAppls".
