I'm not doing anything wrong, I hope. I haven't modified any global-type files that could cause anything. I hope you just mean that you think my recent changes should be changing that file. Actually, I found the bug. 744841 makes the run and run-pos target no longer depend on build. Please be careful guys when you check stuff in.
