Thanks for your comments and renaming the patch.Actually the recruitment
process that we have followed for implementation of recruitment sub module is
followed in our organization and the concepts have been referred from book
named "Human Resource Management" by T.N. Chhabra.We are working at Larsen &
Toubro Infotech Ltd, Mumbai.
