Aswath, When we create sales order, Order is created in Approved status. Link
is given for "Hold Order".
I tried all the steps given by you by adding SV-1000 into the cart. No link was
given for 'Approve order' as order was already created in Approve order status.
Tried these steps for r763532 and for the latest revision as well. Can you give
more details to reproduce these error.
