Hello Aswath, Can you confirm that when you create order , in which status it
is? I again tried by following Deepesh's steps. In that case order is in
"created" status. And after clicking on "Approve order" link its working fine.
But error which you posted, is like "complete" status can not be changed to
"Approved " status. And this is very true. Once the order is completed it can
not go back to Approved status.
