Aswath Satrasala commented on OFBIZ-2427:
-----------------------------------------

Please provide more inputs on the requirements and design. I don't have clear
picture on end-to-end on how cases will work

Is my previous understanding correct?

What will be the RequestRole of the user who is creating the case?

Thanks.
