I'm against the idea:
1. The back end applications are for business use, no company wants their
applications telling them what browsers to use across the company
2. An eCommerce site is no place to be pushing one browser over another,
people go to site to buy your products, why would you want to distract them
from that goal?
My opinion is that we should do our utmost to support as many browsers as
possible in ecommerce but for the backend apps we should only support the most
popular browser versions.
