Hi Sam, Sascha,
I don't know for UK but in France we don't need this information. For addresses
we use only the road and it's number (or alike) = address1, possibly some other
information = address2 (like Postal Box, etc.), the Postal Code, and finally
the City (with some specificities like Cedex, etc.), the country is not used in
France but of course needed for international mails. So we never need other
information (like COUNTY, COUNTY_CITY, REGION or even COUNTY_SEAT)
