Hi Jacques, Hi Sam,
i modified the getAssociatedStateList method. To recursively get all provinces.
It would be great if you check the result.
When we want to hide the country box for specified countries, the developer has
to define a list of these countries in the screens which could be interpreted
when the country is changed. Not sure if this is an good idea.
Any suggestions?
