Carrier shipment methods cannot be specified for purchase orders once created
either. The ship group screen does not provide a drop down list for shipment
method types.
Relating carrier shipment methods to each supplier seems quite cumbersome. I
think just using the CarrierShipmentMethod view-entity will be sufficient for
my needs. Filtering the carrier shipment method lists seems less important for
purchase orders than sales orders.
