Only in the backend side, and when possible. I'm not quite sure to understand
your issue. Is it about building the "CarrierAndShipmentMethod" select? Do you
know that entity-options can use a view entity in entity-name? So if it's the
only issue you could have:

<entity-options entity-name="CarrierAndShipmentMethod" description="${partyId}
${description})"/>
{code}
It works also with list-options and display-entity. Do I miss something?
