ok on the 2 APIs. On the URIContext, well, this is meant for the URIHandler
only at the moment. Moving it inside, we could rename it to Context (as its
outerclass would define its scope), if it stays as standalone class it should
be renamed to URIHandlerContext as the current name URIContext seems to imply
it is for URIs, which is not.
