[~puru], I think your overhaul of purging logic should be in a separate jira. I
am creating a new task: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-1902. For
this ticket, let's limit it to a nice add-on feature requested by [~shwethags]
and [~sriksun]. If there is no other concerns on just this particular add-on, I
will commit it soon.
