This is a bit old. You raised the concern that the web site has to be
managed with SVN, which is not anymore the case :

So bottom line what is important is to have the site content pushed in a
git repos, and you have to create a INFRA JIRA ticket for that. Once the
git repo is created, everything that get pushed will be publisched into
a staging website, and the last step is to publish this staging web site
to the production site.


The few web site I'm managing (Directory and Mina) are based on the
Apache CMS system (http://www.apache.org/dev/cms.html), which I find
quite convenient. I can probably set up a framework for OpenAZ this week-end
