Meeting all maturity criteria as outlined is a major milestone. It
indicates not just our project's technical robustness but also our
adherence to best practices in governance, community building, and
sustainability.
In light of these accomplishments, I believe we are not only ready but
well-positioned to graduate as a TLP. This transition is a natural
progression for OpenDAL, reflecting our maturity and readiness to take on
greater responsibilities and visibility within the broader community.

So I think it's time for us to move next step. Looking forward to the
community's thoughts and continuing our journey together with renewed vigor
and purpose.
