Glad to see how far and what progress committers and contributors have made
this year.

Back to last year, OpenDAL was merely a object store data access layer,
providing access to few number of storage services, and was in and for rust
only.

But as more and more ideas and contributions flowing in, OpenDAL has grown into
an inclusive, powerful and representative project. Having check on the list
above, I consider it to be the time to graduate and promote OpenDAL to wider
open world.

Sincerely,
Cai Lue.
