So call out the problem statement, the constraints and the final goal
in the beginning and you don't need to fear to having to fix whatever
pattern later on ;)

PS: I suspect the goal at hand is -- as I learned to understand it
while reading this thread again -- to turn the mockup image into some
templates to get the website online ASAP.
