As explained in the legal list the compatibility is one way, Apache code in
GPL code. If we include GPL we invoke the reciprocal clauses and thus must
distribute as GPL.

In practice we often find projects are willing to dual license if we ask
nicely. It depends on why they chose GPL in the first place.
