This might be an encoding problem: In the browser the text shows as "Bereich für %VALUETYPE" which is the correct UTF-8 string being displayed in an wrong (iso8859-1) encoding. Unfortunately even forcing the browser to interpret the page as UTF-8 doesn't help, probably because the content is generated dynamically with javascript.

Maybe it would help to add a line
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html"; charset="UTF-8">
into the HTML header, but I have no idea how to convince Pootle to do that.
