Highlight the cells you want to print. Select the menu Format -> Print Ranges -> Define. Selecting File -> Page Preview will then show only the selected cells. 2. Highlight the cells you want to move. Left click and hold the mouse button down inside the selected range (not at the edge of the range as in Excel) and drag to the new location. I hope that helps.
