This shows some formatting gone wrong, but indeed unless we find a way to reproduce it it's far simpler to delete with Backspace the number "3" in 1.1.3 until you go up one line and then press Enter to fix it. There are so many formatting options available that guessing what went wrong is not immediate, and we can't exclude that the wrong layout is due to some incorrect manual formatting.

That is the WONTFIX case: i.e., a problem we know about, often not very significant for the user (to all practical purposes, 0,99cm = 1,00cm when you are discussing spacing in OpenOffice) and that takes more effort to fix than what we would concretely gain from it.
