Let me be the first to say you have done an outstanding job of bringing us into apache.
Changing chairs is not mandatory in apache, but I respect your vision and outlook, and agree time is right for a change of chair. Like you I see this as a natural process due to changes in priorities, and if I may add your personal life, reminding that we are all volunteers.
