Please see the update feed already committed you refer to. The native lang urls are not directly referenced in the update feed. I actually found a generation script for this at: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/devtools/genUpdateFeed/ but have not tried to use it. In this case, mostly it was just a matter of replacing old versions numbers with new ones on 4 files so not too bad.
