The wiki page is here [1] the source is here [2].
Open in NetBeans, it's a NetBeans project.
RMB on project and "Create NBM"
You can then install the NBM file into NetBeans and test.
The version may not have been bumped yet. Sorry I don't have time to check.
The wiki page could use some love. I haven't had a chance to document
the build.
