everything that is equal on every webpage (devided by language) is
managed by the template engine and therefore in template files. So, you
don't have to look in ".../trunk/content/" dirs but in
".../trunk/templates/". For the footer it's then the file "footer.html".

I would delete the link as it is no longer used. So, the fix could be
easy. ;-)
