Try deleting /opt/openoffice4/program/libgcc_s.so.1
For some reason that bogus file is getting packaged by your build.  I'm
not seeing that happen here:
$ ls /opt/openoffice4/program/libg*
/opt/openoffice4/program/libgcc3_uno.so
/opt/openoffice4/program/libguesslang.so
