maybe i should have been more precise, in general i would agree that
everything should be built from source but exception proof the rule. And
in this special case it doesn't make sense to built the dll instead of
using the precompiled version.
Building alone is not the only issue. Potential bugs of mixed or wrong
versions of this dll result in bugs and who will fix it?
The JCA thing isn't of any interest here, we want a practical and easy
solution to maintain the library and nothing else.
