The page, http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Building_OOo_with_Cygwin_on_Windows#Setting_up_the_build_environment states that "--disable-mozilla" fails with dependency problems. It recommends using "--disable-build-mozilla \ " in "configure", instead.
