And there are so many of those - both global and local! In addition, I 
would like to see something new here too. It was up as a project for 
Google Summer of Code, but the project fell through. The idea was to 
create an engine that can flag "suspicious" changesets. I would love to 
write this myself, but I've (sadly) zero time for it. You can find the
